It is illegal to become irate or grumpy when you are being read to on San Juan Bautista Day or Regada Day. It's a happy festival since there's no reason to be upset because it's a drenched day. You may observe that everyone who travels to Cavite City to witness the festival attends it from all over the world. Best and biggest wet street party in the world.
