I used to work as an assistant for a Chinese foreign foreign student agency (in manila) whose boss was a CCP member. I know Chinese which is why he hired me. I started to notice some red flags when I saw Chinese agencies saturating local Philippine universities with Chinese students. This was a violation of a mandate from our Commission on Higher Education (CHED) to not allow the number of foreign students to exceed local students. The boss of this was also blatantly bribing the president of one university's foreign student department who just so happened to be a vice admiral of the Philippine coast guard. This bribed officer even gives pre-made dissertations to students who couldn't finish their program but were wealthy enough to buy one. Oh and by the way, some 'students' were only taking advantage of the student's visa to receive education. they were in Manila to continue their gambling business in my own country. I come from a long line of teachers. what these Chinese "students" are a travesty to my country. If they were really here for cultural exchange, then all well and good. But if someone comes here with the goal of undermining our internal affairs, then please, get out of my country.

I went to a state university in the US for grad school and during the orientation for international students, there were more than 500 of us in the room . They called the countries one by one ... there were 2 of us from the Philippines. but the moment they called China - almost everyone in the room stood up literally. I had a conversation with a few of those students who are sometimes visiting my engineering school and those rich students that I talked to most of them are here in the Philippines to buy land to use as an escape for their whole generation when the time comes his explanation is that Philippines land rights are absolute as long as you have the title no matter if the owner dies it will always be transferred to a relative unlike in China where you only have lease not rights. I asked about their recent influx and he said that they need to look patriotic to not be shipped back they said if they even smelt a dissent their visiting and visa rights are automatically suspended for some reasons and they said when the time comes they will use their owned land to use to get a visa to escape to the Philippines. Though he said he will not deny that there are a lot of fake students that are military graduates that spies around the Philippines.

ONLY FILIPINO NATIVES are allowed to own property. These students would have to marry a Filipino in order to own a home. The land will always belong to the Filipino. The house on the land can be owned by a foreigner, but they would have to lease the land. They would put a stipulation in the land sale allowing them to lease the land for 25 years as well the option to renew for another 25 years after that. If the foreigner dies, it can be passed onto their relatives in another country.

I’m not surprised at what’s been mentioned in this video; I’m a Malaysian; and I know that one of Malaysia’s political party; along with our local elites; are working closely with see sea pea (trying to get around yt so that it won’t delete my comment); they hired common people to carry out communists’ tactics; such as intimidation, staged accidents; to name a few; those whose world view that do not align with theirs will be targeted and attacked; they called each other comrades; and their activities had been going on for the past decade or more; I wonder whether the see sea pea are behind most of the things happening in this world today; since their people are almost everywhere.

no need to be afraid off, china don't have war experience those who are hardened by wars cannot be threatened easily. The Philippines are just being one of the finest in ASIA when it comes to jungle war due to the terrains they have, imagine Russia having a very difficult moment in Ukraine with no mountains divided it, Philippines by waters divided its easy to destroy CHINA only sea or naval drones best suited during the onset of wars aside from that a survey of 85% Filipinos willing to fight and due to the closed-family ties of Filipinos everybody wants to fight
