After Bob closed down the airport bar we went looking for a new expat hangout. We tried that restaurant on stilts near the port. Very hostile. Seeing your treatment from the staff hopefully means things have changed in the last 10 years.

Julle twee is so vol lewe. Lekker! Ons retire in Bohol in Julie, so ja, ken die ferrie en die plekke wat julle hier wys. Wat's die naam van daai hotel waar julle gebly het voor julle die ferry gevat het, asb? Tussen hakkies, ons het al twee maal in dieselfde stoele as julle gesit in die restauarant op sticks ;-)

@iscoversWorldGreat. Thanks for the info. Much appreciated and looking forward to your next vlog on Bohol. If you can, try and make it to Anda. It 's a really lovely wee town. By bus, it's PHP200 from the central bus station in Tagbi to Anda for the non-aircon bus (2 hours drive along the south coast). A nice place to stay in Anda is The Old Castle, right in the middle of the wee town, on the beach. The Fort is an about 8 minute walk from the bus terminal in Anda. Should you go there, do go eat at the local Food Market, about 6 minutes walk along the beach from the Fort, right next to the Municipality Building and Fire Station.
