Both the Aquino and Duterte administrations, although are against each other, have both been funded by the Japanese. So as of currently, no matter who you vote for, or whichever administration comes to power, you would be always sure that they get the majority of their funding from Japanese partners.

Our country ran out of dollars at the end of FM's term kaya Cory had to enter into Structural Adjustment Loans in US Dollars with the IMF/WB just to lengthen the maturity dates and enable our country to gradually pay off the debts over the long term. Pero it will not work kung di rin matipid si Cory at the time. It was only during GMA's term that we finally paid off our last IMF/WB loans that started with FM. Can you imagine that? If Cory didn't honor FM's debts we will become like Argentina na dahil sa pag default sa loans nila nag collapse ang Argentine Peso dahil nawalan ng tiwala ang mga lenders. Ayaw na sila pautangin ng US dollars to pay for Oil and other necessary imports vital to their economy.

What is in the code of ethics of journalism are violated on those media stations.
