Let's give credits to these vendors. They are trying hard to do their work well. If you are cooking with oil with street carts, in restaurants or even at home, there are oil spatters everywhere. Most of them are doing the cooking neatly. Few are not so neat. But do we know what's going on in high class restaurants where we eat? I got sick for 3 days after eating in a very nice restaurant and got a very long hair in one classy hotel resto. But I never got sick after eating from these food carts during my college days. As long as the food is cooked well and they are not spoiled then it's fine. I don't buy if I have concerns about the food and the vendor. I like street foods. These guys are trying to earn Money in an " Honest" way. Nice video.

Only in the phillipines malinis po ang street food namin walang mekus mekus ang pinas pagdating sa street food walang nagbabanlaw ng kamay sa sabaw😂 like india kahit masarap pa ang luto ng india mas malinis naman ang gawa ng pinas kahit street food lang

Diabetes and high blood pressure if you consumed these kinds of food streets with kidneys inflammation or CKD. Plenty of salt, thru soy sauce and carbohydrates from pasta. Come to think of it , with processed foods and frying in oil, high cholesterol levels with shoot up.
