Tuslob buwa- (Pigs brain) Originated from Cebu Philippines, an exotic streetfood that have a combination of spices, aromatic flavors and of course the main ingredients is pigs brain, sounds like weird when there is a pig brains but once you tasted its delicious and its perfect match with "Puso" (rice wrapped with coconut leaves and boiled.)
Ingredients:
cooking Oil
onion
chicharon bits and eggboiled slice
pig's brain
pig's liver
cornstarch in water
how to cook:
heat the oil.
add the minced onions and cook it for few seconds.
add the chicharon, egg and cook it for few seconds.
add the pig's brain and let it cook for a few minutes.
add the pig's liver. let it cook for a few minutes.
add the cornstarch diluted in water.
There's also some other spices available from pepper, salt, soy sauce, and chillies that are up to you to add. Amount will just depend on you.
When it's a bit sticky, it is then ready for you to dip your rice with!
