In this video we have Philips DVD player. The main fault in this DVD player is that its trey in closing automatically without pressing the close button.

Even with the foreign (to me) language, I was able to grasp that the switch was not working, and found the corresponding switch on my Sharp, that had a completely different design. Mine needed the contacts cleaned and sanded, and works fine now. Thank you.

Bahut aachi tarike se samjhaya. Janab, mere pass Samsung ka wifi music Component S720 hai. Isme 3 DVD tray with AM,/FM TUNER, our double tape deck6 hai. Jo gear wheel 3 disks tray ko ghumata hai wo tukre hokar root gaya. Dusra tape dek jam nahi kor raha hai. Koi solution butane ki neherbani karen.

For the same issue... Philips DVD player... I did not open the switch.. instead, I sprayed Contact Cleaner thoroughly into the switch... and it worked...

Hello sir, the disk tray is opening and closing automatically without me touching it or any botton. But it gave us time to put the disk unlike in this video. It will open, stay open for 5 to 10 seconds then closed then opened again for 5 to 10seconds then close. In the LCD it showing only OPEN. Waiting for your reply sir. Have a nice day

I have one Coby DVD player. During replacing the bad eight pins power I. C. Copper Pad of holes and sides of holes are detorated(खराब हो गया है) due to extra heat of solder, therefore, I cannot soder(solder पकड नही जाता है) new I. C. In place bad I. C. Therefore,non soldering the new I. C. Pins, no connection is provided to power circuit and I. C. Is not showing required resistance.
