I have been using epilators for over a decade. The most effective epilators are straight, like this one. Any epilators that has a concave contour are by design less effective at removing hair. Tip, make sure to keep on the highest spin setting and make sure your skin is go against the hair follicles.

See trimmer sirf hair ko cut karta h jo ki 3-4 days m vapas aajate h but epilator roots se remove karta h jo ki 2-3 weeks m grow back hote h ( trimmer painless hota h and epilator painless nahi hota its like waxing )

Yeah sure you can… but it hurts as it removes hair from root… so I would suggest to go for waxing first to get used to it… once waxed, new growing hair won’t be that thick and it won’t be that much painful while epilating
