..........LOVE THIS, HAVE A MX5600d, UNSURE OF DIFFERENCE BUT WISH MINE HAD A OPTICAL S/PDIF CONNECTION, DOES YOURS? This with a high end plasma 1080p panel blows any even 4k LCD junk out now, people do not realize though allot older stuff better in so many ways...... it lasts, cooler stuff, sounds better, looks better, more ports, quality not all made in china, so many reasons..... beautiful, is there a mx5800d or mx588 something as well?.... still working and lasting well, all cd drives working it reads so many diff types of disc its insanity, look it-up AS in Manuel if unsure you will be floored if you do no know already even video cd's and all techs... if unsure, GR8 for computer setup honestly! .... Plasma and stuff like this forever, Panasonic Plasma with Phillips or JBL, JVC OR Aiwa as well as or MONSOONS.... (NEOMAGNETIC SPEAKERS, I have a set with woofer!) .....2.1 channel is fine with woofer anything neomag tech ...... I wonder when they started putting my S/PDIF on these things only thing I am unsure if will live without even when they start to get rid of them as they are now like all other ports for cheaper crap like forcing USB-C to do EVERYTHING! ...... Heck, I still use MirroCast as the best for distance and first MADE BY BLACKBERRY ALSO, stolen by android also with chrome`-cast or whatever the name is now, BB created this tech as usual, just as android and apple STOLE Blackberrys idea with BB7 AND especially Blackberry 10 OS (WebOS was genius to as no need for apps, just all apps were in one awesome locked down browser to be updated thus less permissions on all random apps and no updating apps on phone, just login to the web browser on blackberrys webos phone that is kept updated and whatever the facebook or whatever site updated,its there but no need for all that space and such to be done on ya phone, genius even now let alone how many years ago they thought of this, makes you wonder, ehh, as if they knew and all marketing.... BB10 is even a great OS today minus support for apps obviously since they would not give the back door keys to America to do what they wanted, they created android and hurt the best OS ever as in BB10 a.k.a. a real time kernel running QNX which is indeed blackberry why all my stocks are in that and going on UP guys, get it now as it is running in every car nearly on dash and even space shuttles, least American and Canadian ones.... This is WHY I use SOLUS-OS Plasma and Budgie version, on budgue now but SIOLUS OS is spectacular, better then windows and FREE, easy to run and modern as hell with way more customize-ability as well as closest we will get to a blackberry type OS on our desktops to do it all as sgtream, search and even GAME via steam, etc, etc.... as instead of Linux it is is UNIX! I want to find a QNX-Neutrino (wish it had a more updated looking OS overall and easier to get even if had to buy, i would be USING but SOLUS DOES THE TRICK.... based Router/modem NEXT!!!!

Hello, maybe you need a converter from digital to analog signal. And connect via aux? if i remember well there was aux input?
