Hallo, I have question to users. Do you hearing the metallic sound when pump is running. Sometimes can be heard and sometime no when pump working normally. I want to know is this is normal behavior or no?

Hi, thanks for the review, can I ask if this will cause shiny marks which normally will cause on darker shirt and trousers?
@LivingLifeLAUd3 жыл бұрын
Nope. It doesn't cause shiny marks.

supposedly , even the most expensive irons are built to last only 2 years ! which is shocking really . but....if well looked after they should last .

@@rubberdc Yup.. I bought it 2 years ago and it's still working fine now..no regrets =)

Could you tell me pls the iron not hot enough and the blue button always off . Thanks
@LivingLifeLAUd5 жыл бұрын
Hmmm... sounds like a problem. It does take about 2-3 min to heat up, but mine works just fine even till today.

Do you always use tap water. Have you checked your water hardness at all?
@LivingLifeLAUd3 жыл бұрын
Yes, I only use tap water and it works fine.
@jomojigz2 жыл бұрын
Even if its allowed to use tap water, for me I use filtered water, it lessen or prevent lime scale to develop inside the iron, lime scale in the long run may thickened and develop a barrier on the heater inside and heating may take time.

What’s wrong if this iron not produce steam? If you know it, share with me please
@LivingLifeLAUd5 жыл бұрын
You will need to press the trigger for the steam. And also make sure the water reservoir is above the minimum line.
@jomojigz2 жыл бұрын
If there's no steam coming out, usually its the solenoid valve that is faulty. Solenoid valve opens and close as you press the button under the iron handle to release or stop the steam. Its cheap and easy to replace. You can DIY it.

Still functioning and how much noise does it make?
@LivingLifeLAUd4 жыл бұрын
It's working perfectly! As for the noise, its not loud at all, wouldn't wake anyone up even if you iron in the dead of night...

Its pricey, but mine's still going strong, working perfectly after a number of years, and it literally takes half the time to iron compared to a regular iron! :)

What to do if all color in iron will blinking?
@LivingLifeLAUd5 жыл бұрын
Is there a beeping sound as well? It could be that you need to unscrew the de-calc plug and let the water drain out.

This iron has very few functioning parts that may get bad. The main components are the (1) BOILER, its a metallic water tank with heater where a small water will be stored and boils in preparation to convert that hot water to steam. (2) WATER PUMP, the purpose is to take water from the plastic water tank and directs it to the boiler or metallic water tank (3) SOLENOID VALVE, the function is to open and close so that hot water from the boiler can come out going to the iron (4) STEAM ON/OFF SWITCH under the iron handle, controls the solenoid valve opening and closing (5) SOLE PLATE, provides additional heating and converts the hot water to steam. The common parts to fail after 3 years is the solenoid valve as this is the most used parts. Cheap and easy to replace.
