Philips Radio Bahadur DL167 | Converting to Rechargeable | No more R20 batteries!

The Radio which works in R20 batteries it needs to be replaced often so i changed this radio which works from R20 batteries now it works on its own by installing 18650 battery.

Is it any wrong with 3v, IC radio ckt by supplies 3.7volt (0.7v different)
