Thank you for your great review! This is the third Philips no burn iron I've had over the last 7 or so years & it's by far the best, due to the latest technology. I absolutely love this iron! It does exactly what it states it does & makes the chore of ironing so much better!

What are the steps to shut it down? Do i have to empty the remaining water when i turn it off before i put it in the box again? If yes do i have to wait until it cools down before i turn the iron upside down to empty it? I tried emptying it before it cool down and water leaked from the holes under the plaque of the iron, is it normal? What's the correct way?

The steam iron will switch off automatic after 8 minutes just leave it for a while because you will wait to cool down, always empty the water tank if you will not use it to avoid building up the residues.

All Steam Iron we need to wait to be hot before pressing the button, if you press just for 15 seconds waiting it will really leak the water. just wait the steam will generated, if still spitting water means the iron have problem

if you Press the button at the top after heating up means you select the Auto Steam means If you move it will steam if you stop ,it will stop.

little drop water is normal but should stop, and everytime we use after putting water we need to wait for 1 minute to generate the steam before holding Horizontal or glide it in the clothes, because if not ready or Hot water will drop.

Actually Smart Iron is really better on sensetive fabrics that will not burn it or not make shining the clothes but if you have thick Clothes try to set in IQ function

Make sure when you refill the water it's in water level, and clean the iron regularly.

Why? thats premium smart iron with 3000 watts but it will not burn your clothes, steam power makes the wrinkes faster to remove and have soft clothes result.

Firstly no one gives a fuck, secondly this is the best syeam iron i ever had
