i previously had a philips Fc9724 which stopped working outside warrenty periods so i decided to buy a new philips, this was less than half price of my previous philips vaccum but what a mistake. this philips model is available just under a hundred pounds but has very little suction power. do not make a mistake like i did, its rubbish its a shame philips made such a low quality product
