@arpeggio1358 You see, when I hear something that good I'm usually right:-). And very good point - Rossini isn't the easiest thing in the world to sing. His coloratura is really lovely, and he does it very well. Again, as I said before we could argue if it could be done in some passages in a different way, but the overall impression is wow!:-) I've heard many versions, and many just spoilt this great aria with not enough skills or coloratura. This is ORIGINAL! Phililp, we really want more:-)

@mradaChris Dear friend, I couldn't agree more with you here:-) It's such a feast for the senses when a handsome man can also sing as very often if he looks like a model nobody already cares how well he actually can sing:-), or we say that for opera looks are secondary if the singer has only the voice and nothing else to boast of:-). And such a pleasant timbre for my ears:-)... Why in trouble? Isn't it good to have good looks?:-)...And good luck to you in your own singing! Hugs, Yana.

We can argue about the embelishment, but it's original and not imitating anybody else which I appreciate very much! But why such a picture?:-) There's nothing in the text from Rossini's time that it should be sung on the beach with modern structures and palmtrees and in sun glasses! LOL You know what else is missing?Textmessaging to his friends on facebook that he saw his motherland!:-)
