No voice actor I know works in their pajamas. I hate when stage and screen actors make vo work sound like an easy lark. It's not. They are using their own voices and trading on their names. For them it's not that big a deal. But tell that to voice actors who do strenuous character work or spend hours recording audiobooks for a fraction of what Phillipa makes.

I think she literally meant that she didn't need to look pretty to do voice work. That's why she wears pajama. I saw one of her videos about it.
