I am so sorry for your loss. I will be praying for Grandma Blanca and for all of you. I lost my mom 4 years ago....One day shortly after her passing, my 3 year old said to me "you don't need to miss grandma so much, because heaven isn't that far away." I hold those words close to my heart. She is right. Heaven isn't that far away and by the grace of God, we will see our loved ones again. ❤

@PHILLIPS FamBam As a matter of fact, grandparents are GRAND!!! I still have had some nightmares just thinking about my granny. I have lots of bat plush animals that remind me of my granny in my sleep. Those transition objects/comfort items remind me of various memories regarding my grandmother years ago. Plus the stuffed animals alleviate my nightmares and especially stress.

So sorry for your loss. My grandma looked at it this way when my grandpa died. He was sick for a while. It hurt her when she passed but at the same time she felt a sense of relief. It was taking a toll on her with being a caregiver and it took a toll on him each day and the confusion and pain he was in. Just focus on the good memories you have on her and think of the fact that she lived a full life and isn’t in any more pain. Will be thinking of your family.

Nana was such a sweet lady and we all grew to love her as well. ♥️ please hug your loved ones...I just lost my aunt and uncle last week, they were married. My uncle woke up throwing up and chest pain so he woke his wife up asking for help and when she seen him in the state he was in she collapsed...they both passed away that night. He had an aortic aneurysm and she had a massive heart attack from seeing him in the state he was. They were married for many many years. We just buried both of them. Death is so hard to understand. I lost my mom when I was 20, my brother was taken from us when I was 25, and I lost my dad right before Christmas so I completely understand how much your going through. I want you to know we are all here supporting you and take your time to grieve it’s so important! I unfortunately didn’t have that time to grieve the loss of my mom or brother and it’s still so hard on me. I know you are all so strong but know we are here supporting you and loving all of you. I lost my mom in 2013, and my dad just this past November, which was a little more hard on my heart,because I couldn’t see him before he passed, nor was I able to go to his services, being here in Canada, & him being in the US, and with my medical issues & Covid.
