Philly Halloween Night

Here's a little thing for fun, a version of Philly during Halloween Night!
Be aware that It's quite rough and not super optimized, so take it more like a bonus thing for anyone who is curious to play the map with a night time and halloween theme.

I didn't upload this on THPSX because of its more "exprimenting" nature, and I also didn't want to confuse people with too many versions.
To answer an expected question, no this cannot be merged with the regular version of Philly as I had to do quite many modifications to get this result.
