Sir i have a doubt. Sir in historical school of jurisprudence savigny formulated volksgeist theory which states law is being made bcz of general will of people together but why system like sathi is not being destroyed at that time but rather got destroyed in natural school of jurisprudence bcz here the priority is given to being rational and moral so they abolished in natural school but same is with historical school also know sir bcz in volksgeist theory it is law is being made bcz of gendral will of people so they will defenitely think morally only so how sati system didn't get abolished in hiatorical school of jurisprudence sir rather it got removed only in natural school of jurisprudence. Can you plz explain sir🙏

Sati system was never part of Hindu dharma. It was exception rather than rule and it leaves really bad taste when you refer again and again as "Hindu practice". you are a wonderful advocate but have zero knowledge about Hindu dharma.
