The gentleman that you ended this episode on… When he was describing his job, going part time - I loved that he was excepting, content and valued the need to only to only work part time. Then towards the end when he was describing his happiness being tied into his children and his acceptance and unconditional love for them… I found myself wishing he was my dad 💜 beautiful peaceful man ☀️

I agree with your sentiments about these people relating their personal views; and certainly, not everyone out there on the streets would be able to answer the questions with as much intelligence and awareness as these selected individuals. What strikes me most however, is that it's not really the people themselves that are interesting! There's surely something else going on here - something much bigger and greater than the mere visible human forms. What ever it is, it's undoubtedly the same 'thing' operating through all of us, and it appears to be using these people as just separate vehicles through which to express itself. To me, that is where the real interest here lies. In other words, not in the appearances; the temporary shells of flesh and bones, or even their associated personal minds - but in the real - that which transcends the temporal; both creating and animating the performance as a whole.

@@Rory_Arlo Thanks. I suppose what I mean is that life is a complete and utter mystery - which, I guess, is the very reason for interviews such as these - trying to shed some light on the subject! _But_ is it the people trying to explain the mystery, or is it the mystery trying to explain itself (to itself) _through_ its own creation of the people? 🙂

Coincidentialy, i recently began in a new job, being at the same time thorouglhy involved in association activities. This week i felt the need to let go on some schedules. The guy @4:00 sounds like he has a form of neuro-divergence. That standard classroom learning was the bane of a lot of peoples existence because they dont learn parrot fashion. I have a similar thing where I have to know what the point of it is first before being parroted each of the components because out of context, it means nothing and I quickly lose interest. Which is entirely contrary to how I was taught in the classroom in the 70s & 80s
