Thanks for using ur hand .. this fish stew is common Bengali everyday Savory with rice, just that we don't use so much of tomato always and Rohu or Katla is also commonly used apart from Tilapia.. However we marinate and fry the fish first for sure....and it always goes with rice and not chapati .... West Bengal, India
