I'm only fourteen but God has worked so many miracles in my life, and though I'm going through things right now, I'll never lose hope in his unyielding love. I used be a person living in hurt, depression and anxiety. I knew what was the truth, beacause I grew up in the church, but I chose to go my own way. After a couple of years, I couldn't handle it anymore. My life got worse and worse. I had great grades, but was almost never at school, cause I became scared and hated to talk to people. I talked so little that I (even to my parents) that I, even now am recovering to talk normally. I said to myself: "you know I never really listen to the preacher i'm going to listen to what he says". So I did listen and after 6 months I got saved and prayed the sinners prayer. The day after I felt so good I could not describe it. All of a sudden I started saying Hi to people while biking to school. I saw the birds and all nature. I couldn't resist and got off my bike and praised God for all he made. That's why today I feel a peace, happiness, no more depression, anxiety and fear of people. I love to talk to people now. Even tough sometimes life gets tough, I know God's love is enough. I trust in Him that everything is happening for His purpose that He has for us, so that we can help or reach others for His kingdom and Glory. I hope to have in encouraged you. I went through a turmoil for a period of my life where I made poor choices because I didn't understand how to deal with anything. People look at me and think I am a loser and branded me with multiple scarlet letters (not the adultery but many others). I was found and saved by God. Read the Bible everyday, study the Bible and apply it every day. Pray every day. Keep total accountability with your parents. This will take you very far in your relationship with GOD. Even things that you might be wrong or fear tell to your parents,whichever is understanding. Pray that the Lord Jesus Christ will keep you out of temptation. Have a blessed life child. Also memorizing the Bible is very helpful. Proverbs, Psalms, New Testament, Prophets, rest of old testament. Also reading Bible also can go with you reading 6 chapters in the morning, same 6 chapters in the afternoon and the evening. So it will be as if you are revising.

As you grow into your teenage, your belief in HIM will be challenged by the enemy. There will be doubts and reasoning. You're young kid. When those come, just be honest to God. Speak your thoughts in utter honesty to him. Ask him to show you, ask him to answer your questions and help you understand. Read the bible, not as a story, but when you read put yourself in such a characters place , Feel their thoughts and griefs, (this will show you the depth of every verse). Read Proverbs and letters from Paul repeatedly, these will be like a sword in your hand and your faith shall be your shield. Put on the Armor of God. Remember what I tell you Kid.
