I don't think that fits his character well. Phil knows his eggs are alright and remained honorable throughout Purgatory. He isn't one for indiscriminate violence. He carried Tubbo, the enemy leader, to safety. Celbit and Baghera were a little nuts even before Purgatory and that just hit them harder. I'd prefer to see Philza teaching the young dragons how to fly.
