I like it and it's Phixate's go-to (along with the MCPR) when I asked him on stream. It's oddly satisfying to shoot with the suppressed blackout rounds.

It's a pretty solid choice, 4-4.5/5 against players but a solid 5/5 against bots. Make sure you have the blackout AP rounds equipped, phix's build is good to follow
