Vondel is my favorite. Here is why. The density of the structures make it easier for a solo to outplay squads and platoons. The more open a map is the more it favors the larger team because it's harder to flank/rotate around them picking them off one by one.

I love the size of vondel. It's goldilocks to me. Not too big, not too small; juuuuust right. While the fog can be annoying, it does give a reason to use some of the thermal Scopes, like the sz heatsource which is my personal fav, specifically the blue steel crucible "skin".

Not a fan that vondel has no stealth vest building capabilities or the low amount of teams, however Vondel is the closest to how DMZ used to be. Ability to Loot is there, the ability to PvP is there, and glitches have not ruined the map.

I prefer the heavy dynamic weather/fog of Vondel. It’s unpredictable and can be a force multiplier. I wish Al Mazrah still had the dust storm. I’m really hoping for a day/night cycle in the future.

As a solo player I love Vondel because I have a decent chance at survival. If you're on foot in Al Mazrah and a squad comes up on you in a vehicle, you're dead - period. Or at least I am. Vondel has so many buildings, the fog and of course the water, which is why it frustrates predators because it gives solos a solid chance even if a 4 person squad with a vehicle has a bounty contract on them. Phix is amazing with the sniper rifle so of course he's ticked he can't see people across huge distances.

Vondel is the only map I can play these days. On EU servers, Al maz is filled with underbarrel glitchers, and ashika is filled with under map glitchers. It really sucks but since the devs won't fix the issues, vondel is the only map that isn't plagued as much

I haven’t encountered under map glitchers on Ashika I’m on eu aswell but the under barrel glitchers on al mazzy they defo need to take a day off! Vondels good but I always seem to be hunted even when I’ve only got about £4000 on me.

@7frodo7 yeah I'm the same but if I'm solo being hunted I just get a pistol and scuba masks and out play them in the water 😅 I recently started playing again after months and my first game back on Al maz I was annihilated by underbarrel glitchers. Every game on Al maz I'm killed by them or hackers with aimbot which I have a video of being shot without them even looking directly at me

@@roberthart4796 I’m the same on vondel always solo anyway except for b21 can’t do it solo. Game lasts about 20-30 secs solo and then back to the lobby. I do that on vondel get the scubas also do it on al mazzy when hunted I just go to hafid or sawah the ships make for good hiding spots as long as you have enough scuba’s tho otherwise it’s lights out and who wants to fight a squad/platoon that are glitching with under barrel.

honestly the fog is the only reason i play vondal because i get tired of constant sniping from across the map too far to be able to really loot or do anything worth doing. The fog keeps the pvp to a closer combat style or at the very least within the range of thermal scopes on snipers.

This is why I asked the question about using the thermal scope compared to the standard sniper one for the MCPR in your stream this week. Without thermal the sniper is all but useless in Vondel. I was just interested in your experience of the two Phix.

Vondel’s fog is such a pain in the ass, definitely need a thermal. There is too many AI and that truck with the dude with the loudspeaker gets on my nerves. Vondel is my regain map when I lose all my stuff

My complaint with Vondel is the usage of the FTAC Siege. The ACZs should have stayed. The fog is annoying and should be less dense, and the AI needs a decrease in number, not difficulty.

I hate going into Vondel for missions! I play solo all the time but the incredible swarming of AI makes any enjoyment impossible!. All I do is kill 50-75 AI, burn through 100 plates, get virtually no decent loot and then try to exfoliate against the PvP campers. F this map!

Please stream the Division! I recently started replaying #1 while still playing DMZ with a mate. I'll pickup #2 when I finish the first. They still look great and have heaps of content. The Dark Zone is very DMZ like.

I hate having to go in there and avoid it as much as possible! If it's not the over-the-top PVP (Ashika still beats it) it's the bots that are next to impossible if you are subjected to final exfil!

I wanna say a few of the older COD games had aim assist on mouse and keyboard. Before Warzone was ever a thing. Maybe just on pc if you used a controller, but I’m almost certain pc always had aim assist

Take youre best AR and test it on fire range right after you log in to the game, shot the 3 plated dummie as many times you need to make it go down, chest shots, count the shots. Do a raid with that gun and when you return to the lobby , test it again on the fire range, same as before. I promise you that you will be a little pissed of, now all guns uses 2 extra shots to down the dummie. Test it, i have no idea why this is happening. On certain guns it is up to 25% weaker after the first raid. If anyone know how to make activision aware of this, you should. This is just stupid, i fought hard to get my gun strong and suddenly it 20% weaker. pissed off now. Got to log of and on again in between every raid to get the settings back to how it should be.

The worst ever map due to the bots all being where you spawned in and they are all have a level of over 9000!!!!! When you kill one there's 2 more in it's place. The other players are bad enough since they wanna use the uav towers since they can't hunt for jack.
