whoa...why won't it be developed?i hope u no construction for this project has begun already and its moving along quite quickly and successfully....cambodia has the fastest economic growth in southeast asia right now..because of the oil they struck...and the koreans have already invested billions of dollars into this project because they needed the fundings from somewhere..look it up, you'll see some under construction pictures

Wouldnt be worth it, what you see here are the nice parts of phnom penh. What you dont see is the stressing poverty lifestyle, the littering of all streets and continuous begging. Trust me mate, i just traveled through cambodia and phnom penh is not pretty.
