I love how the writers made this a full circle moment, the most powerful good witches in the present had to go back in time to save the first witch of their blood line.

@R_a_y_o_n_ No she's not. All 4 sisters do exactly the same thing. They make things about themselves or the men they love. They do something that's personal gain (phoebe the only one that gets punished for it). They get fed up with witchcraft interrupting their lives and wants to quit or take a step back. Phoebe had to grow up and find her place which is what they all have done. She's been through more than all her sisters.

@BlackGirlMarvel not to the degree as Phoebe, Phoebe character went downhill and its all because of her selfish motive, I don't hate her or nothing because without them there wouldn't be any charmed but am just saying for me my personal opinion I didn't care for her character that much especially in season 4, its about season 8 i liked her character a bit more....... i can list more than 10 reasons why her character went downhill for me

@@Rayon_Rayon Yeah... she lost her love of magic as did they all. Im more "Sabrina the teenage witch' love of magic. Phoebe would of been great in "Hocus Pocus" just less evil. But she's still wicked ;3

At first Phoebe mocked it, but then proudly flew across the moon 🌕. Leo restoring Darrell’s eyes was an error, as he should’ve gotten them back right away. In the comics reveals more about Melinda. Her mother, Charlotte, met the first witch Neena. She’s immortal and all witches r direct descendants of her. Neena awoken Melinda’s dormant witch heritage, months before her birth.

On Melinda Warren’s wiki fandom page it says that both of her parents were mortal, Melinda was the first witch of their line.

Melinda was born to 2 witch practitioner parents, with no active powers however they can cast spells. But most likely because Melinda was born on the most powerful day of the year she was born with magical abilties.
