Already mere seconds out of imprisonment and already Garraka has proven much stronger than both Gozer and Vigo combined. He practically tanked the Particle Throwers and had no effect on him. Gozer and Vigo couldn't say the same. Making more powerful Class 7 compared to them. He also he Weather Manipulation powers. 😂.

Is it even in a language, or is it just something crafted by a linguist to sound like something real? Its not uncommon for movies to use rules of linguistics, mix them around, and make authentic sounding gibberish that at the end of the day is still just gibberish. Kind of like Sims speak.
