Ross actually regressed throughout the series. The first 2 seasons he was like the most sensible and level headed friend but by the end of the series, he was like one of the weirdest and silliest. I cannot imagine season 2 Ross wanting to kiss his cousin or break into Mona's apartment or do a lot of the facial expressions and physical comedy we see during the later seasons.

It's hard because they're so unique in different ways. Joey is good looking an funny, Rachel is sweet and the girl girls want to look like and guys want to date, Chandler is hilarious without trying, Phoebe is quirky and whatever goes lol, Ross is a great father he's smart and funny then aside from the jealousy a good boyfriend/husband lol, Monica is probably the hardest to like because of her OCD lol but still a great friend and she can cook thats always a plus 😄.
