Ross actually regressed throughout the series. The first 2 seasons he was like the most sensible and level headed friend but by the end of the series, he was like one of the weirdest and silliest. Joey is good looking an funny, Rachel is sweet and the girl girls want to look like and guys want to date, Chandler is hilarious without trying, Phoebe is quirky and whatever goes lol, Ross is a great father he's smart and funny then aside from the jealousy a good boyfriend/husband lol, Monica is probably the hardest to like because of her OCD lol but still a great friend and she can cook thats always a plus 😄. It's the woke crowd, which cracks me up because they'll excuse Joey's horrible treatment of women. The guy was a serial womanizer who ghosted immediately after sex. I love Joey, but if people are going to call out Ross for being "toxic"(a word that gets thrown around like confetti), then call them all out. You can't single out one character.
