Ma'am jese O blood group ke paas koi antigen nahi hai toh ye universal donor hai, ki koi antigen ki nahi hai to fight againt, but aapne btaya tha ki har cell ke paas antigen hota hai. Toh phir kya nature mein bhi ese cells exist karte hai jiske paas koi antigen na ho, to body uske against react nahi karegi but vo body mein koi infection cause karde?

Why there is dilution of donor antibody, at least they should aggutinate some of antigen of recipient.? Even after dilution, they still remain antibody. Please clarify.
