My dad used to play these songs when I was younger when he'd drive around in his old car that he no longer has. I think this one was my favourite. Or one of them. It was also the one I found first years later. Searched it up on KZbin. When I clicked this video, huge amounts of nostalgia. Then, just this year, in June, I went to France and went to see them play in person. Best day of my life so far, I think. Thank you :).

This is one of the songs that is part of my life soundtrack. 15 years ago.. 2009. Hard to believe. Listening to while driving around Los Angeles. Stuck in traffic, going out, having the time of my life. Played all the time on jonesy's jukebox. And its come on the radio sporadically ever since. I know every word just from radio play. It always instantly takes me back to those days i love and miss so much. And it makes me remember different people i was with while it played ..people who i will never see again. Who are gone too soon. I hope i get to live days like that again. Time has shifted things so much for me in the past 3 years. Ways i don't like and never wanted to go. Listening to this song takes me back to better times for 3 minutes and 26 seconds.

Still remember the first time I heard this song back in 2009. My dad used to have this huge black case of burned CD’s when I was in middle school and one day he picked me up from school and he had just got this new CD and said “I think you’re gonna like this new one.” The first track was this song, along with a few others from this album (1901, Lasso).
