When Wouter saw the painting, he immediatly said he thinks it looks like a phoenix rising from ashes. Loved that so much. So decided to title it: Phoenix rising. Beautiful colour. I know working with yellow can be challeng but you nailed it with minimal creation of green. Instead of paynes grey, what if you substitute it with vandyke brown or any dark brown colour instead. That would compliment the red also. Can’t wait to see it resined or varnished but I love resin.

The more I see orange used, the more I'm warming up to the colour. Same with browns. I never thought I would. The one thing I love with the more earthy tones is if I'm wanting to use a metallic paint I will use rose gold. It makes a stunning difference that I like.

I REALLY LOVE THIS! And you make it look so easy. I know better though. If anyone thinks it is, I'd like them to grab 5 colours of choice, some gesso, and a canvas. You'll be singing a different tune out of your bottom fairly quickly! Rinske it's wonderful to watch how you use your gift. You can almost see the wheels in your head always moving forward. Far Out !!! Who new the coolness of those colors. I did a Phoenix chain pull without the paynes gray, during the pandemic. Started it right ad I was getting sick with covid 19 and finished it during my feeling better, beat the dang thing couple weeks later. I'm always inspired by your art Rinske! I took the Acrylic Pouring Couse (great course by the way!!) and I know you use thin consistency mixture. I want to give this a try myself today. Your art is amazing! I tried the the acrylic pouring a couple years back using silicone and just tipping canvas… very cool and fun… but felt I had no control and there was no focal point. Pulled out my old bottles of premixed paint and tried the hair dryer but paints were too thick… 🤮 it was a muddy mess… remixing new paints properly and trying again.. and again… until I get it! You are so inspiring and humble…and adorable when you get the happy’s! Thanx so much for sharing your expertise 🤓

Hi Rinske i have some questions. Do you Mix all color only with water and the white to or all with water and fluetrol? And the yellow is only yello or Indien yello ? And the Orange is it only Orange or deep Orange or otjer orange? Ande the last one ist your base so thick or thin how the colors Are ? Beautiful 😍. I did my pouring for first time . I used latex house paint as base paint but I hot lots of bits in my paint. I even used strainer but It didn't work I stil got the bits😟
