I do not know much about being a luthier but I do have basic knowledge of guitar and bass repair. Watching your channel is a wealth of knowledge. It is also very relaxing to watch.

You rant away Daniel! (Actually, I didn’t think you were!) I believe you always point out potential pitfalls and problems that could occur during a build! That headstock looks a fine piece of work - look forward to seeing it under the finish! This has been a great series! Excellent stuff! 🥰🥰🎸🎸🍷🍷

Hi, Daniel, excellent work, congrats! You do not need to read any idiocies of those all-knowing "experts" - do what you consider to be the best, as you always did. Fingers crossed!

I would never use gloves anywhere near a router table so the Netherlands got that right! I also don't like the push blocks. Safety is a mindset first and knowing your tools is the first part! Just do you brother. Loving the Phoenix so far!✌️&💙

As I grow older, I have a growing desire to learn guitar. I want to keep this precious piece of art with the touch of a master craftsman. If you could tell me how I can own your guitar, I would be grateful.

There's too many "youtube experts", glad to hear you calling it out. I've a friend who's a woodworking teacher, missing the top of his finger. He jokes with his students that it's a lesson he can only show the example 9 more times so be careful :D You missed a golden opportunity to do a Salt Bae impression when gluing the final head veneer!

Daniel I just had a question,how far is ur aluminum pin offset from blade on ur proxxon mini table for fret slot cutting? I would like to make one
@UnquendorGuitars2 ай бұрын
I believe is has a 10mm offset, but it doesn’t really matter as long as it isn’t in the path of the blade.

Meticulous work as always! Ignore the armchair experts - there are a lot of idiots In YT comment sections... I've been using power tools my whole life, and have never cut myself (have with handtools though). I'm always careful when using routers and saws - I like my fingers, and find them very useful, so want to keep them. I'm always aware of where my fingers are in relation to the sharp parts of tools. Gloves are sometimes more dangerous because you xan't feel where your fingers are, and as you said, they can get caught.... It also helps if you're not drunk or high while you're working.....

Any journeymen knows that gloves are very dangerous.I have to chuckle when a KZbinr woodworker puts gloves on to route or saw.
