Phoenix SC7862 with Android 10 and higher head units. How to change Boot screen, Boot animation, Home Logo, How to install different launchers and setup Picture-In-Picture frame
Good day, my friends
I'm working on something cool for SC7862 units. This is video how to change some pictures as You like and make unit more personalized. I tested with head unit with 1024x768 resolution. I dont know will Launchers work well with another resolutions, I will ask Phoenix to test and reply here. Also I have Boot screens and Boot animations for all resolutions, so can help with it.

When I attempt to install the launcher files, it won't install. The window displays: "App not installed as package conflicts with an existing package." What do I need to do to get through or around this?

You have Android 12, thats the reason
