Phoenix Unlock Palpatine and Thrawn to 7 Stars in SWGOH

The Phoenix squad we use are Hera, Captain Rex, Chopper, Zeb, and Kanan. Most of the Mods are 5 dot and level 1 we only picked ones with some amount of speed. All the characters are level 80 or above with Hera being Gear 9 while the rest are 7 or 8. Captain Rex makes this a lot easier and having the others for the squad gifted us their unique talents.
