Before I got the Minnie Winnie Class C 24' , I was really looking closely at the Phoenix 22' and 25' units. I was constrained by the cost at the time, but as you mentioned they are super nice!

Yes the cost is a bit higher than most class C's but it is still much cheaper than the new class B's. I loved this model. Maybe someday lol.

Thanks for the no nonsense tour. Nice coach, had my eye on this model for a couple years. If I hadn't invested the 4X4 conversion into my Winnebago I'd be down there with wallet in hand. Wondering what the 23's are selling for? "Show special" of course....LOL

They are pricey. The 2022 model I saw was a 'special show' price in the mid 140's

Looking at the video, why the thin walls on exterior storage. Also why the cheaper fan in the bathroom vs a Maxair or fantastic fan. Is it optional?
