I started out with a empty helmet, then went nuts with a lot if equipment and accessories and now im going back to an minimalistic helmet and after the video i consider removing the arc rails.

I’ve been using my Blocs for well over a year now and have never had any fogging issues with them even in the increasingly hot days they were getting in the UK. I definitely recommend going with them, just make sure that you clean the lenses before each gameday

Good to know! With hot days its usually ok. Whats a glasses killer is high moisture in the air and ground. Laying on the floor after rain and sweating or generally high humidity. There I had problems with my oakleys

If you are interested, regarding the boonie hat, a company known as “Caracjou Tactical” makes a boonie known as the *Bravo Six* which has a built in night vision mounting system that stays balanced on your head. It’s a pricey hat around $75 but it looks like an interesting concept. It’s limited in camo patterns but allows for that freedom from helmets along side NVG capabilities.

Awesome video! I've recently bought a pair of Bollé glasses, those are amazing! I also got a pair of WileyX Saber glasses, those are nice too, and ballistic rated!

Very cool! Yesterday after the first field test of the new helmet in combo with the NB tactical Face pro I have to say I had way less fogging. Maybe it was the weather or the fact that I sweat a lot in my face and the mesh helped.

uuuuf that's a hard one! The thing with cameras is - the more expensive, usually the "better" they are. I would say a budget solution would be to get a refurbished GoPro 9 or 10. You want proper stabilization and most cheap cameras don't offer that.

Cool Setups! but i missed the OG Helmets like the MICH, ACH, etc. but we got an Airframe (for my Friends the "SciFi Alien Helmet") for that haha and how did you get the Busch AMH? its only sold to Active Duty Personnel?

totally not off topic! Yes, its the Garmin Tactical v1. I love it!!!! its the perfect mix of smart watch and just watch. I get Whatsapp on there but I cant really read the whole thing without a couple button presses. And I like that!!!! ALso it has GPS built in, so tracking works even without the phone! For Airsoft Events its awesome! Not only can I see how far etc. I have walked but I can also Programm with their Browser Software all the important Buildings into the map and then let my watch navigate me to that point :)

quick question about your video on how to spray paint a helmet. If you spray paint the velcro on the helmet will it still work?

Yes it will still work. Don’t flood it with paint but a light coat doesn’t do anything to it and it will still work. I didn’t tape it on my airframe and everything still sticks to this day.

I’m not a fan of insane helmet builds, I only run a plain tan helmet with a battery pack, GoPro mount and go pro plus a headset, I keep it basic but I do have many different helmet covers depending on the theme or environment or my game.

Yes it’s true! I build mine with a nightcap and a boonie. It looks very cool but is limited in actual usefulness in my opinion! For just a quick thing perfectly fine but for an OP not enough

It’s active hearing protection. Both over ear units have microphones on the side. At a certain level of „noise“ they stop and not replicating that „sound“.
