having struggled with my weight. I decided to give this jump rope workout a try. Winter's guidance made it accessible, and the variety of exercises kept me engaged. It felt like a personal achievement to complete the 60-minute session. The video subtly emphasized the Aspect Health, reminding me of the importance of such workouts in my journey.

Another perfect workout video from Winter!!! Just did it and I have noticed that besides the physical changes that your videos have given me my breath is also so much more controlled at the end of the workouts like it’s harder for me to get tired now💛

Yes it will providing you are including some steady state cardio on the non training days and eating a diet that is restricted in calories from what you are currently doing. If you want change then you have to do something different.

Find something you love to do and keep turning up. 2. Try hard things that will push the boundaries to keep growing. 3. Find a way of eating that works for you. Whether it's intermittent fasting, keto, paleo whatever it is that helps you to stay in tune with your body. No mindless eating. 4. Have fun with your training. 5. Get off social media and live your own life.

I couldn't keep up with the increasing duration/ intensity by Round 5. Somehow, my legs made it to the end of Round 6. Winter, you go about it so effortlessly !!

Remember that the rests can be increased if you need to take a longer break we use 60 sec as a guide only. These workouts are your workouts as well. Congratulations on getting to Round 6 SUPER PROUD 🦄

Winter, what's the difference between Running and Butt Kicks? The running in this video looks like butt kicks🤷🏾‍♀️

Great question. Butt Kicks is when you try to strike your heel with your glutes, kicking your feet up behind you. Where as Running is when you lift your knees in front of your body. It is also a regression from High Knees.
