Oh wow this has to be the hardest workout you have shown us yet Winter, I literally about died just half way in, no idea how the hell I managed to finish it but I've never sweat this much in my life in just 30min thats for sure. Thank you so much !!

Hey Jon well I am not the greatest either there will also be someone better. Remember you are your competition. Keep turning up the and results will come. You can always alternate between just doing the footwork and using the rope. Happy Training 💪

I love these workouts. When I wrestled in school, I skipped 1,000 reps a night (like boxers), as part of my nightly exercise. I want to use your vids. I will start when I get wifi at my exercise building. Not an excuse lol 😂 Keep posting……

In the morning or if I am doing a double training session that day it would be afternoon before 5 pm as I don't train in the evenings.

If you goal is to burn more calories than yes it is better than running. Jumping rope burns slightly more calories when exercising at a medium or high intensity.

My grey hairs that I dye remind me of my age hehe! I think taking time out and living a life that makes YOU HAPPY will lead to less stress. Making good decisions day after day, week after week and year after year. This can be about people you surround yourself with, food you eat and how you treat your body. Darin and I live a life that WE LOVE will have to create a video about us for you.
