That first stop looked like a great place to hang out! As for the cards, a Pikachu just sold for $190 on eBay on the 13th. There is one on T&T for $250. Venusaur is about $335 on T&T as well. Blastoise goes for $400 on there but $200 on eBay. Prices are all over the place and eBay seems the cheapest.

Paying a little for a bit of poki never hurt anybody. Love u man keep up the good work. Also depending on their condition depends on how much they can sell it for. E.g a really good pikachu from base set can go between 50 to 5000 depending on the condition on the card. You should check the condition if you really would sell them.
