OMG... I am at 6 weeks and there is no way I can do a Y shape... Oh dear !! it's goingf to take longe to rehab than anticiapted... I will be a t 12 weeks before I can manage these... LOL

@@aryendrapalsingh4131 Doing well! Just getting older and dealing with those aches and pains that come with it😊 My shoulder is feeling much better now but I am still being careful with it. My surgeon did a great job and I am very thankful for that.

starting week 7 - 1 and 2 are doable.... 3? no possible way I can even get close to that position - with or without assistance? I'll try 4 and 5 with no resistance

I'm currently 2 weeks post op and the pain is minimal. Still unable to lay flat on my back at night ofc lol I have my first Physical Therapy appointment tomorrow though. I truly hope that by weeks 6-12, I can feel normal again.

Have you had a post-operative x-ray? Most people are nearly pain free by in this time period.

There’s NO WAY you can perform these exercises in weeks 6-12! It’s painful to lay on the surgical side for the internal rotation exercise that you shared and there’s no way you can be flat up against the wall with the effected arm in a V-shape until maybe toward the end of that time frame. Maybe next time use a real patient vs a perfectly healthy assistant.

You as an individual are not an accurate representation of every person rehabilitating their shoulder. This stuff works just fine for me.

I'm at 5 weeks and can do the Y and lie on my surgical side with no problem.
