@@johnnypernik5578 if I remember correctly I believe I had to reset the printer. Hold the button until it changes color.

@@Travel_Lofi I tried reset by support instructions (holding button when starting), it did reset and empty print is working, but after connecting to computer and trying to print anything, it prints just a small piece of page and stucks again in error.

I got the same problem. It’s not matter how long that I hold the button still get the same problem 😢 I bought it on November 2, 2004 from a shop in Shopee Thailand application

I have almost gone through a roll of labels trying to get this thing to print. My image keeps running of the top of the label. I have done resets now it won't print at all from the app. I am trying to set up to print on a 3' X 3" label.

Hi! Press and hold the button on the fuselage when the printer is powered off until the indicator light flashes red 6 times, and then let go of the button after the indicator light turns blue. Hope this helps you!
