mine wont work at all the green light will come one for it to charge but far as turning on it wont turn on at all.! Please someone help!?!?!?

If you get the P831 model, not necessary to use thermal paper. You can print on normal paper if you install the thermal transfer ribbon onto the printer. Each roll of ribbon can print up to 45 sheets of A4/Letter normal paper.

It’s thermal so as long as you use thermal paper you are good won’t need Inc

Amazon sells thermal paper in various types and quantities for this printer. It's affordable.
