Sir I'm really thankful to you for recording a video like this . I've just turned 16 and using phone for 5 to 7 hours in a day . Thanks for making me and others also realise that "medicine works effectively only when it is consumed at a certain dose".

So true Sir. I feel that smart phone is a curse. People lived a much more peaceful, contented and happy life when there was no smart phone and internet. Smart phone is good, but this is definitely like a slow poison, if not used within limits.

I spend 8-10 hours using my phone 📱 and my goals are very high even though I am doing this how far relevant it is! It literally terrifies me when I imagine the its outcomes. But this video instantly has changed my thought process not fully but even its 1% is sufficient for me to overcome this situation

My daily average is about 4 hrs right now. It used to be 6,7 hrs earlier but I am trying to reduce it slowly so that it doesn’t tempt me that much. Also I try be as productive as I can when I am in front of a screen. Also I am not any social media cuz this above time is just due to KZbin (majority), as I know it will ruin my career.

The best part of the video is your points are so practical that we can relate it so easily with our life. My avarage screen time on phone is about 5-6 hours and after watching this video i am feeling so motivated and it helped me to realise many things. I promise myself i will reduce the screen time, utilize time and become productive.

Sir starting from 1st Jan this year, i have drastically reduced my screen time. I use to have around 8-9 hours of screen time but now it doesn't exceed 1 hour most of the days. I had a self realisation of this addiction and now i am in peace of mind....Cheers!!!!

Very relevant. Hum sabke saath yeh ho raha hain. Brain ki dna change kar deti hain yeh phone addiction. Brain samajhne lagta hai ki kaam nahi karna aur phone pe lage rehna jeevan ka lakshya hai.

My brothervwakes up at 5:10am gets ready and goto bank at 9:10. Comes home at 9pm.and eats dinner and watch pc for 30 minutes and sleeps at 10;30pm.he is so diciplined.

@@adityarana3722 Bro I put my phone on detox for about 12 hours a day......in these 12 hours.....I can only use the phone for calling and some emergency uses....this helps me a lot....I am not making this up.....digital detox changed my life.

Last but not the least I never ever had the hobby of reading anything be it is news paper, books or anything but in one of your long videos when you said that reading builts your imagination power, concentration and knowledge then I ordered 3 books yours at time & finished 1st book i.e. One night at the call centre. And I loved it... I couldn't believe that I read entire book 😀😀. Now about to start 400 days and girl in room no .... Thank you soo much sir for everything. I have seen videos of lot of motivational speakers but genuinely I felt you are soo real.

I spend 4-5 hours just for calls and important studing materials i started this journey when you upload the previous video on this topic and then i spend 8-10 hrs a day from that i can change myself a lot thanks a lot to u sir

20 hours of youtube weekly on an average but when I am on my job or work then I barely watch youtube. So being busy in productive work reduce ones time on phone.

Some 3 months ago,Sir you gave us a screen time challenge and told us to write it down in the comments. At that time my average screen time was more than 5 hours,and now by your constant motivation,it has come down to 2.5-3 hours and i want to reduce it more.Sir all your videos,be it "Plan A or Plan B" or "Phat rahi hain" has motivated me to achieve my goals.Thank You Sir for pushing us towards our goal each and everyday.❤

I pranam you sir 🙏.I quit the p**n last eight months ago.I used to watched p**n years.I saw your videos and got to know that you said pure truth.I started reading books and outside and doing excercise , yoga.I perosnally confess that I used to watch bad videos these video destroyed my career and my health. Now I have taken strong decision and came with good habbit.Now I am using my laptop, TV and mobile for my study and personal growth. Now I am sleeping at 11 o'clock and waking at 7 and doing my work properly.I don't have fear now.Slowly recoverying my health and geting more peace.Thanks a lot . Pranam again 🙏🙏🙏🙏.

My iPad's screen time is around 7h and phones is 1 hour ....i use my ipad alot for watching self improvement contents...i am working on my body so i watch gym related contents ...also I'm a big petrolhead so i watch some contents related to cars.....in phone i use instagram where on my ig profile i only follow my mentors my idol's and the people whom i look upto...and also 2-3 close friends that's it....so am I doing the correct thing in this way????

I am also giving my best to avoid using phones much. During the lockdown phase, I started using more bcoz of spending more time at home. But I must say its actually very addictive to use phone and those apps which are making billions of dollars by playing with our minds.

Now days, I spent approximately 8_9 hours, Aaprt I usually spent on KZbin approx 5_6 hours to watching shorts and unnecessary videos that have no any importance and purpose, I know my priorities in my carrer but i many times delays my work continuously, But I am trying to decrease my screen time on phone.😊

I plan to get the iphone13 mini to kill my addiction to consuming content on the phone. It's definitely not easy to consume long format video/text on a phone that small.

On an average 11 hrs, involving 4-7 hrs of online classes 😶... Whenever a task shows up that requires phone , I end up with a prolong time waste 🙁

I had phone addition specially KZbin. I was shocked to see I used it for eight long hours in a day when I started to focus the time(it was before I set the focus mode and digital wellbeing app, mostly available in every phone.)Now I have reduced the time watching KZbin and started to focus on my studies. Imagine using 8 hours for KZbin and other apps, I might have used it for 11-12 hours😑. So I recommend everyone to be productive; if students, they can use apps like focus to do which help you to study and use digital wellbeing for parents.
