Hello! I have a 2017 VW Passat R-line. I recently had this problem with both my 12v port and USB port. I changed the blown fuse and the 12v port works but the USB port does not. Do the usb ports have seperate fuses? I can’t find anything about it online. Thank you for your time.

Question...There was a penny in the cigarette lighter, and when I was trying to put the phone charger I didn’t realize the penny was there. Since then it has not worked. Do I need to replace the fuse or the entire set? Thank you!

Update I did not have a fuse there to begin with (weird?..) but I took the penny out and put a new fuse in and it worked!! Thank you all.

Hi need help. I notice the fuse for the cigarette lighter is the yellow one. One has 20 and the other 02 are these the same. I tried to replace the fuse for cigarette lighter. Put the new one it and it still didnt work Went to start the car and the car didnt start. Changed the fuse the other way round and the car started but still no joy with the cigarette lighter. So i cant charge my phone. Please advise

Hi! There is no fuse with 02 Ampere, only 20 A. Maybe you have other electrical problem.
