phone flash unbind on i2C platform

When you lost your original LCD/ Earpiece flex cable/Rear camera changed caused face ID issue and true tone issue, need do phone flash unbind first.

When your original parts: like LCD original one lost/earpiece flex cable broken/original rear camera lost then you wanna to fix the issue, before fix, need do unbind
