Hello love your video but how do you get the hole in the picture that you use your chain in ?

Hello! Thank you so much for watching I appreciate your support. When you go to press your design make sure you flip it size it and once you’re done pressing since there’s a hole in the keychain you don’t need to do anything with your picture unless you just want to. Hopefully that answers your question. 😊
