Maybe its a little off topic, but landlords cant rule other peoples lives by telling them they cant have a partner live with them, just bc they aren't on the lease. That actually happened at a place I rented from. Crazy. All the landlord can have authority to speak on is monthly payment, and make sure the tenant isn't destroying the property. Their should never be anything on a lease stating that someone else cant come over for the weekend or have a boyfriend/girlfriend, etc.
