Based on this video, I bought the Samsung watch 6, and followed the instructions. They worked with one very important (to me) caveat. You must have a Samsung phone in order to use the ECG, Blood Pressure, and Sleep Apnea features (and probably others). This is because the Samsung Smart Health Monitor app is not available on non Samsung phones. If you touch the icon required to do an ECG on the smartphone, you get a message that says "you must have a Samsung smartphone for this feature". I set up a chat session with Samsung to verify this, and they said I was correct, that those features are only available with a Samsung smart phone. Note that the 'Samsung Health' app is available in the Google Play store, but NOT the Samsung Health Monitor app, and they ARE different. I returned the phone, because I wanted to use those features, and couldn't.

No mentioning of whether ECG and other restricted functions will work that Samsung disables on the watch if a non-Samsung phone is used. This is a terrible video.
