Actually I like the flashy animations so my recommendation which is very similar instead of removing animations completely use the developer options by clicking build number seven times in your about section to enable developer options and change the animation delays, there are three of those settings you will find in developer options for window transition show delay, animation delay, etc.... It's named something like that..... The default is something I forget but change the timing to 0.5 seconds so you still see the flashy animation transition that looks nice but it does make it slightly faster.

A9 have : 8.7 inch with 800p Resolution / 60Hz / smaller Battery / 2 speakers / avg CPU (Helio G99) / lightweigt A9+ have : 11 inch with 1200p Resolution / 90Hz / bigger Battery / 4 speakers / 10% better CPU (SD 695) / kinda heavy Depending on price, and your needs.. choose the one U like.. the A9+ is slightly etter by a small margin, but it's big Normal A9 is much better in case U want a portable easy compact size Tablet.. A9+ is kinda large & hard to use in 2 hands to navigate

another good setting is screen zoom in display settings. fit more things on your display, good if you use multiple windows alot.
