Phora, I'm not sure if you go through comments, but if you ever see this... I have something to say. I found your music in the darkest period of my life last summer, and never EVER have I felt more connected to what an artist has said. There were so many days I just wouldn't talk to anyone, and the only thing that seemed to make me feel anything were songs from you (okay, I won't lie, a few other artists as well, but not as much as Phora). You're music is a big part of the reason I'm still here today & was a huge inspiration to get me to begin making music again, but this time in the form of rap (used to be a bassist). I'll end this here & keep it short. Remember that those who truly support you will allow you to continue to grow as an artist & person. Never stop. Thank you for what you do & hopefully you hear my music & like it!

I put hands on BITCHES, not females, with damn good reasoning, nothing about me is pussy I put hands on dudes too, never said I was perfect, never said money buys anything materialistic, I just meant they should stop crying over females get a job make some money and spend it...which I still stand by because it would help these fools a lot, and don't even mention "emotions" to me, I was a drug addict for 11 years, I went through suicidal depression for 11 fucking years. now i'm clean because I stopped being a PUSSY and I have let a bitch do me like i'm talking about before and I kicked that bitch to tha CURB. This song and Sinner 2 always seem to get me the most. I can relate to so many things he touches on that it slowly eats at me. Ill start listening/singing, then my voice starts cracking like his and the tears come. If it weren't for this guy I don't know where I'd be now, probably dead, in jail, or depressed as hell. My mom cheated and walked out (after 22 years of marriage) on my Dad and I the last month of senior year, grades slipped immediately and just began to sink. To see my dad so hurt and broken everyday and to be the only one he had to talk about shit with, really hurt. I ended up having to complete two online classes a week after I shouldve been out of school because I couldnt do shit at home, Id get home and all hell would break loose in my head so I failed a few classes I shouldnt have. Plus I was helping my friend finish 6 online classes or else he wouldnt have graduated. Then I went through a stage where all I felt was pure hatred toward my mom, I would type up text after text of just anger, every time I would go to write a song it would always end up being about my feelings toward her and the situation, I couldnt get away from it. Then I hit the stage where I just needed an escape from it all, dosed up on double pressed xanax and totalled my truck. Luckily the cops had no clue I was fucked up, because I had just gotten off 6 months of probation so I wouldve went straight to jail. After being in a xanax coma for two days I went out to my garage where I have my little studio set up, and that's when I found Phora. Safe to say I dont know where Id be now if I hadnt found him then. His musics helped me through a lot and has helped me stay motivated to keep writing my own songs

"Look, I know I ain't been myself lately, I've been feeling like someone else lately, It's probably this empty Colt 45 that's numbing the pain inside, 'cause truthfully I ain't felt lately, I'm still a sinner, I'm losing myself, I need a sign, I needed space, I needed love, I needed time, And I never understood how you could treat me so heartless until I realized that you just needed mine, That's what I mean by loving you never helps, 'cause I just can't decide between loving you and myself, I just pushed away 'cause I drew a line and you crossed it, crossing out my exes and X-ing out all my losses, I know what it's like to lose somebody you love, and I know what it's like to lose yourself to the drugs, And I know what it's like to have let go of someone 'cause they hurt you so bad that you not the person you was, But they won't ever feel what I feel, in a world so fake, I just need something that's real, I been dying to live, the devil's shooting to kill, I just can't help but wonder whether you think of me still, See, I've been losing my mind, I've been losing everybody I believed in, anxiety is suffocating me, I'm barely breathing, I'm coping with the pain, hoping that the rain just stops 'cause it reminds me of the day you said you leaving, We always seem to run from those who love us the most, and we never open up because we scared to get close, We running from the past, and we numb ourselves hoping that it lasts, 'cause you left me when I needed you most, I said, we always seem to run from those who love us the most, we never open up because we scared to get close, We running from the past, and we numb ourselves hoping that it lasts, we just hoping that it lasts ... 'Cause I know what it's like to lose a person you loving, I know what it's like to lose yourself to the drugs, I know, Yeah, I know what it's like to lose a person you loving, I know what it's like to lose yourself to the drugs, I know, Yeah, I know what it's like to lose a person you loving ..." a lot of people telling him he should open up to other "tastes" of music. or they want the "old" phora back. Making music should be something you enjoy doing. It should reflect on how the artist feels. Everyone wants him to do some music that's lit or whatever but honestly, his music is real asf. Listen to the lyrics. They mean something. He obviously can relate to it and you can hear it in his voice. Hes opening up to us and thru his music. Yall need to understand that. His music speaks truth not just meaningless words that most people like to hear now smh. He is still the same man he was back in 2012. Nothing changed. We all are human and we all go thru different emotions. He is maybe feeling a little down lately and its showing in his music, and that's just fine! Deal with it and enjoy his music. We gotta appreciate how real he is with us. Not too many like him. Much love to phora💯.

Its been 5 months but I still don't want to believe it. I haven't been the same since and I doubt I will for a while. My birthday just passed and all I could think about was you. Your birthday is in a few weeks and I don't know what I'll do. I wish you were still here. I wish could have done something. I should've known something had happened the moment you stopped talking on the phone. I wish I could turn back time. I wish I could spend one more day with you. There will never be anyone like you. I am glad to have been able to call you my best friend.

From psychiatric pharmacy, keep, dear souls, far away. You want real help for you soul? - then look up into the heavens and cry ABBA FATHER. Romans 8:15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. Psalms 55:16 As for me, I will call upon God; and the LORD shall save me. Psalms 18:3 I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies. Psalms 116:13 I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the LORD. Isaiah 55:6 Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. 1 Chronicles 16:8 Give thanks unto the LORD, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the people. Every time we are after rich and fame, these questions should we ask from ourselves: Mark 8:36 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Luke 9:25 For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away? Matthew 16:26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? Ecclesiastes 1:3 What profit hath a man of all his labour which he taketh under the sun? If one listens some of the interview of the celebs, then they all have admitted that they become vessels for demonic spirits and that they serve baphomet. It all comes down to these 2 questions: have we eyes which see and ears which hear or are our eyes and ears closed? The devil hides in the details, and the details are to be seen and heard.
